Order

Is there a minimum order purchase value for this site?

There is no minimum order required for this site. If your order meets certain amount, you will enjoy free delivery for any of your order.

How do I know if I have submitted my order successfully and when will it be confirmed?

Once you submit your order successfully,
you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order to your
registered email address or mobile number together with a link to track your
order.

You may reach out to our customer care
if you don’t receive any confirmation of your order.

If we are unable to fulfill your order
due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone within 2
working days.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Customer registration is not required in
placing your online order, however, you may need to provide important
information through the Billing Information for the order confirmation and
order processing.

CanI cancel my order even though the delivery is in progress?

Yes, you may cancel your order anytime
if the order is "Confirmed" and "In-Fulfilment". To request
for cancellation of your order, please email us ____________. 

NOTE: Once the order status has been changed to
"Shipment" or "Delivered", cancellation of order is not
allowed

Can I cancel my order after I have received my order?

Unfortunately, at this point, we cannot
accept cancellation after you have received your item.

For defective or damaged unit, you may
request for return or exchange through Omron Customer Care.  Please note that the request should be made
within fifteen (15) days from the date you received your order.

Do you offer Senior Citizen and PWD Discount through your Brand Shop?

Yes, we offer a maximum of 20% discount and VAT Exempted to the eligible Senior Citizen and PWD customers who would like to purchase any Omron medical device and accessories available through the Brand Shop.

How to avail the Senior Citizen or PWD Discount?

The availing SC or PWD customer must fill out the Availment form found on the menu tab and upload a copy of their OSCA or PWD ID and Doctor's Prescription.

Once the filled out form has been submitted, the team will verify if information and documents submitted are correct for eligibility.

Eligible SC or PWD customers will receive an order link via email or sms with desired product to purchase to proceed with payment and checkout through the Brand Shop.

Is there a limit of products I can order with Senior Citizen or PWD Discount?

Eligible SC or PWD customers may only be entitled to 1 unit of discounted product for each category and 1 piece of accessory within a period of 6 months. After 6 months, SC or PWD customers may order again through the Brand Shop.

Delivery

How long will my delivery take?

All orders placed will be delivered
within 2-3 days within Metro Manila and up to 7 days for outside Metro Manila.

Can I request for Same-Day or Next-Day delivery?

Our Same-Day and Next-Day will be
available soon.  Please stay tuned for
the announcement.
